"Thought an update with regard to you and the purchase of a hat might be appropriate. S and I have just had a weeks holiday up in bonnie Scotland where we had a great time. On the way back south I had booked us into a cracking little hotel in Prestbury (south of Manchester) with four poster bed, spa and jacuzzi bath and a meal in a nearby restaurant. At the end of the meal a pre-arranged very large bunch of red roses appeared and while S was distracted I slipped to the floor on one knee and with suitable rock I asked her to marry me!
